Last weekend me and sis visited Sakae sushi at Citylink mall for a quick dinner, while my parents attended a dinner at a hotel nearby. With just a few hours and a million things to do, of course a conveyor belt dinner was perfect.

We had the enoki wrapped in beef. It was our first time trying it, and we were both happy with our choice. The dish was nicely balanced, the sauce was not too salty, and the textures of the beef and enoki mushrooms complimented each other.
The Agedashi tofu is something we almost always order. And always among the first to be finished :p
another one of my favourites, sushi with seasoned jellyfish. I can't remember their Japanese names, but what matters to me is that it tastes good. :) I'm already looking forward to my next meal at sakae, hopefully in the day, when i can get more light for my photography.
